Katsuyori Shibata
Who have heard about wrestling must know Katsuyori Shibata – a legendary of Japanese wrestling. Born in 1979, Shibata started his wrestling career quite early during high school and entered the professional level when he was only 18 years old.
What makes Shibata so famous in the professional wrestling world is his way of attacking, using hard hitting technique and sharp blows. His offense was clearly depicted in the historical match with Kazuchika Okada in which his image of blood running down his face was impressive. Shibata lost the match, but his chivalry and fair-play spirit won people’s heart.
